Here we go again... And predictably, the #gym is absolutely rammed. That'll teach me for chilling thus morning instead of getting up super early like normal and hitting it when it's dead. Speaking of dead, straight in on deadlifts and a hardcore back workout - my first in months. Ouchies again.
