The green fits OK still, but I need to bring the posterior chain back up to size again.

Well for what it's worth... Week 9. Stabilised at around 7kg lost but body fat maybe up 5%.

Update from 2 weeks after surgery - original dressings removed & stitches trimmed yesterday. New dressings come off in a couple of days. 4 more weeks in sling (except showering, with great care). 4 kilos down and body fat up significantly (fold lines visible on abs etc.) #surgery #recovery #slow

So yeah, ouch LOL. That tube and bag is a clever pain med thing that pumps (without batteries) anaesthetic into a nerve cluster leading to the shoulder. Operation was yesterday and defo "lively" messages being received from the shoulder op site by the nerves today despite the meds! Clever stuff.
