The old Tin Horn Flats in Burbank has reopened under new owners and a new name Magnolia Corner. Me and my man went there this past week. They have really upgraded and it’s so nice inside. Great fresh food, friendly staff and good drinks. Check em out.

If you’re ever in Culver City stop at Cofax. Greta coffee and food and super friendly staff.
