A really good coffee shop/bakery. Like one with elaborate drink specials and nice decor, gourmet dessert & pastries, in-house roasting, extended hours (I’m thinking 6am to 10pm), full brunch on weekends, and maybe live music occasionally. Idk how I don’t have any back problems at 45. I think it’s a combo of constant physical activity and the joint hypermobility that keeps my muscles flexed at all times. I have 10% compression in my L4 from falling off a fire escape 20yrs ago and even that doesn’t really affect me adversely
