My husband is selfishly using his Xbox so no Mafia for me. I’ve started downloading Dragon Age: The Veilguard which has been in my backlog since Christmas. But I’m the meantime, I thought I’d start Diablo IV. I have no idea what to expect but I’m intrigued. Anyone play these?

Playing these two games together is absolute perfection!! I play Hollow Knight until I feel myself start to get frustrated (those run backs though 😡) Then I switch to the gorgeous palette cleanser that is Mafia: The Old Country (those accents and that scenery 😍)

This game is gorgeous! Pure escapism and the gameplay is starting to open up now too. Really liking it so far 😊🎮 #MafiaTheOldCountry

I finished What Remains of Edith Finch. The way the story was told was intriguing, but honestly the narrative itself didn’t connect with me as much as I expected. I kinda just went “oh, ok then”. Did anyone else feel this way and if you didn’t, what was it that worked for you?

I completed DOOM: The Dark Ages. Really enjoyed this game and the combat flows really well although I did miss the glory kills from the previous games. I wanna rip heads off dammit! I liked the medieval aesthetic a lot too. #DOOMTheDarkAges

I’m working 2 VERY full on jobs atm which means I often leave around 7am and don’t get home until gone 8pm. While I was just showering, my husband set up the Xbox for me, made me a cup of tea, got me some chocolates and put my favourite candle on. It’s the little things 🥰🎮

Completed RoboCop: Rogue City ✅ The story kept me going and the gameplay was fun enough, although it was very limited and did get repetitive. The game was also really buggy. Some cool moments but overall an “ok” game. Probably better for fans of the films too.

How much do you think this game will cost? I never played the original, but I’m in the real mood for a side scrolling Metroidvania. I would play on GP but I love this kinda thing handheld so would be more interested to get it on the Switch. Thoughts?

I bought my husband Mafia: The Old Country for his birthday. This does now mean I can’t use the Xbox to play DOOM or Citizen Sleeper though. Gonna give RoboCop: Rogue City a try instead. I’ve heard really good things so I’m excited ☺️🎮

Playing some FIFA Clubs with my husband and our friends ⚽️🎮 First game started well! Came back from 5-1 down to win 6-5. Scored a hat-trick, got an assist and got a 10/10 rating 🌟

Really disappointed to hear about Perfect Dark’s cancellation. That trailer last year looked incredible and I was really excited for it. Such a shame and I really feel for all the people affected jobs-wise too 😔
