Every time I take my sleep melatonin gummies.. I have crazy/scary dreams. Last night my dream I was dating a serial killer (unbeknownst to me). and all these weird things kept happening... but it was the police investigating and doing this sting operation, while I had absolutely no idea

I bought a new thing to help with migraines. It's called a headache hat. You keep it in the freezer and it blocks out all light and has a bit of compression around your eyes.. plus cold helps. So here's hoping it works because I've been experiencing SO MANY weather related migraines lately. 😫
