I feel such revulsion for the events in

criminals in a community do not make a community criminal. Otherwise we would all have to go to jail. People who commit crimes must be held accountable. People who want to live and work need support - it’s the same in LA

I think I might be back in the 50s the news is about women’s clothing and the election of a leader of a religion, devoted to what I know is an imaginary god - I understand people believe and fair play to them. There are more important things to report on.

3hrs with just the rub, 2hrs in the butchers paper, 1hr with the beer glaze. The bone in skin off ribs were delicious, but I would lean towards 110deg rather than the 130 we ended up at.

Up with the larks for a 6:30 fire up and a 7am smoke of a big Brisket. Family loved it and it tasted amazing.

I used a Pit Bros Charr rub. 6 and a half hours later it was at 95c and perfectly cooked. Next time might leave it at 90?
