BIG news today!! Got a job offer for a full-time job with benefits right out of the gate! It’s Mon-Fri with all major holidays off so I can still keep my part-time job as I primarily only work Sundays there. Nose will be to the grindstone a bit as I build my way back to financial stability!!

Finally got to sit and open it up!! The cards came a little bent which I’m not particularly thrilled about but they’re otherwise undamaged so it’s not the end of the world! Time to brew my new commander!! (Also my booster packs were all misses. No good pulls 😭)

Happy New Year!!! 2025 was… not my year, to say the least. I’m ending the year homeless, but I have a new well-paying (albeit part time) job, and a potential interview next week for a full time one! Then I can get back on my meds, and sort out my living situation by the end of 2026! Let’s do this!!

I am considering a bold, life altering decision to start the new year and getting bangs. But question! How do you style bangs with straight hair and make it look good? My hair is naturally wavy but too thick to look good wavy so I usually flat iron it to make it look smoother 😅

Life update! Good news: as of Dec 6th, I’m no longer unemployed!! My new job is set to start by the end of this week. Bad news: it’s part-time as needed to start and I need to somehow save up to be close to having a place to live by Jan 1st. Not out of the woods quite yet but we carry on!

Part of the reason I moved back home (other than financial reasons) from DFW was because of crippling feelings of loneliness and isolation. I thought being back with family would help and it has to an extent. But I’m still feeling it and I’m stuck in a rut I can’t shake out of.

Just finished the Netflix DMC anime!! Overall I liked it. I do have feelings about the changes to the lore of demons being explained scientifically and some of the changes to Lady’s story and character (can’t see her as the military dog type). Dante, however, was perfect. 10/10. No notes.
