I'm afraid that due to extenuating circumstances, I won't have an update this week for Xenith Awakening as my mental state is shot to hell after losing something that has been in my life the whole time, and can not be recovered. I may wind up taking a break next week as well to try to recover.

This week I had spent time mainly working out more of the programs and such I need for my computer now that I'm on linux. Turns out I had forgotten to change the file type of some files, and need to get a virtual machine running to swap them from clip files to psd files so I can open them in Krita.

Best way I can show the progress is with my Vtuber model, going from my V1 to now.

This week I started the process of getting #XenithAwakening set up in Godot with setting up the input mapping. Immediatly I am struck by how much easier it is to work with using my PS4 controller, I don't have to manually translate the inputs. #gamedev #indiedev #solodev #screenshotsaturday

There is one tool I miss using from Paint Shop Pro 7 more than any other... the Color Replacer Brush. All it did was replace the background color with the foreground color. Why doesn't CSP have something to replace Color 1 with Color 2 in the brush area? It would make my workflow so much easier.

Sadly, had to end off stream early today because of a storm.
