Genuinely, if like me you're struggling with the shift to the extreme right , just shut down the news for a bit of TLC. Audiobooks are a god send. I'm big on sci fi and Adrian Tchaikovsky has to be one of the best at it right now. His own narration as well as hired narrators never miss.
