The character writing in The Sopranos is remarkable. The way characters are so likable over multiple episodes that you forget about that dark side, only to be surprised again when you see it come out. Or absolutely hating someone at first & slowly over time you see good qualities beneath. Good shit

Decided to get a quick playthrough of Metroid Prime Remastered before Prime 4 releases. Game is so damn good, it does not take long for it to get it's hooks in you. Been hard to put the Switch down this weekend. I wonder if I'll have time for a run through Dread as well 🤔

Sopranos really is such an excellent show. So many wonderful characters, some that I absolutely love & some downright vile mfers that I can't wait to see get whacked

I love the idea of the Steam Machine. Depending on the consensus from reviewers, cost & my situation at the time of release, I think it might be the device that gets me on steam more building my library. We'll see how it fares but I love the compact design

It's cool comparing playthroughs of The Outer Worlds 2 with the guys from work. The little differences all depending on how you level your character are so satisfying. Choosing the Lucky trait has lead to me finding some cool weapons pretty early, where there was common loot for them

I know a lot of people were down Avowed but I'm looking forward to it coming to PS at some point. Outer Worlds 2 is a damn good game. Scratches that New Vegas itch! Makes me really curious now to play Avowed, tho I know it's not the same at all

Mr. X in RE 2 Remake was so brilliantly designed. I feel like there hasn't been another pursuer type enemy in the series since then that even comes close. Really hard to believe we didn't experience a proper chase by Nemesis in 3 Remake, since it is mostly scripted & linear when compared

Death Stranding 2 is most likely going to be my personal goty still but we just had a really nice run of horror games with Cronos, Silent Hill f & Tormented Souls 2. It's been a great year for gaming all around. Something for everyone. Now the wait for RE Requiem goes into full swing 🙏

Tormented Souls 2 cleared. Setting, atmosphere, music, enemy variety are all fantastic. Some puzzles could be a little clearer but otherwise great. Your dodge is very forgiving, helps a lot in combat. This is a game for old school survival horror heads for sure. Looking forward to my next run!

Something Tormented Souls 1 & 2 excel at is the way key items are found & used. Some have repeated & surprising uses. Examining items is a must. It's a neat feeling to use an item you picked up near the beginning & find a use for it hours into the game. I really love that
