Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and the military personnel involved in the double tap strike committed either a war crime or murder… I would go so far as to say that the operations by SOUTHCOM in the Caribbean is illegal as it wasn’t declared a war by Congress!

Regarding the SOUTHCOM operation in the Caribbean, they have been operating in an unlawful mission according to Former JAGS Working Group!

Apparently the reporting from the Washington Post was spot on! What happened was either a war crime or murder! The actions from the Administration on down to those who pulled the trigger was dishonorable and disgraceful besides being criminal!

The United States used to be a country based on following the law. Apparently at the national levels, we no longer can say that. From the command levels at the US military, the Department of Justice, Homeland Security and more, the law no longer works!

Trump, Hegseth, and the commanders involved in the strikes against the boats and killing thereof of the survivors is illegal and constitutes murder! Trump may pardon them. Still, we have murderers at the highest level of this administration!
