Found a hack for making gluten free buns that hold up for sandwiches. Make dough balls and put on parchment paper. Fold over the parchment and smoosh flat. Cook it until the bottom gets crusty, flip and cook until the top gets crusty also. Even super soft bread has been holding up.

I like the starfruit to get just a little more ripe before picking them. I really believe If they get all the way to orange the taste is much sweeter than counter ripening. Also my miniature banana plant is blooming. 🌱🌴🌺⭐🍌

#loquat I have a problem. Everything I have read says I am supposed to trim loquat in the fall. It's blooming now,so that's not going to work for me. Guess I can trim the branches that didn't bloom? They were so tasty, there's no chance I want to miss out on them. 🌱🌿🌴

Starfruit are coming along. Had one super early one. Ate it with some ice cream and caramel syrup. Have to get the canning jars in order, it's almost starfruit jam time. I like to make mine with ginger and cinnamon and usually add blueberries or strawberry because it enhances the flavor. 🌴⭐🌱🍍🍦

Orchid just keeps on blooming. Found a centipede in the yard and an anole egg. Moved a plumeria to a new spot and it's going to bloom for the first time. Looks a lot like my yellow one so far, but smells differently. Will see tomorrow .🌺🌴🌱🐛🌿
