Mindfulness, in a way is like these spatulas. It embraces the impermanence of life and allows you to be in the presence (like the solid spatula, embracing all the ingredients). It fosters detachment or letting go (like the spatulas with holes, letting go of the excess oil). ❓Do you resonate?

🏔️ The summit above seemed unreachable, but the radiance was inviting. 🧭 The trail ahead seemed unclear but the twist was encouraging. ❄️ The Change in weather seemed uncertain but the crispness in the air was intoxicating.

🏔️ Nature has its own script when it comes to offering surprises. 🐇 I had heard of these wonderfully shy, mystically solitary and usually nocturnal Himalayan hares, until I saw this one perched comfortably in a camouflaged position, between the seemingly pastel-painted rock. Day 250 of 365
