Yesterday was Asher's gotcha day and today is Mellie's!!! One year ago this sweet girl came to us from Cincinnati Lab Rescue to learn to dog! We love her more every day.

Today is Asher's gotcha day. 9 years ago my husband brought him home, he had been abandoned in a condo a friend of ours was renovating. He called my husband and said "I found the perfect dog for you." He was right. These are the pictures from Ash's first night with us.

Why did this turkey 🦃 cross the road? Probably because Mellie went bonkers when he and his buddies wandered through the yard! Hadn't seen a turkey in a while!!
