Yesterday’s Clean the Closet event was a huge success in support for our community! 24 individuals came and we were able to gift: 23 pairs of shoes 18 hygiene products and 310 articles of clothing! These are all thanks to community donations and volunteer support for the closet.

What a way to learn history! Our team headed to Fredericksburg Area Museum on Saturday for Drag Me To The Museum for “Oh La Lafayette” - a educational drag show based on the museums exhibit: Lafayette’s World: Revolutionary Ideals and the Limits of Freedom.

Did you know that one of our first social support programs was FXBG BIPOC LGBTQIA+ group? In 2023 we removed this program due to low community interest but would love to bring it back! We invite the communities input on a new name for this program.

Junes Womxns Group we went to The Alpine Chef where we were treated with family style sides, pretzels and had a lovely post-Pride celebratory dinner. A toast was made, and this was just perfect to end Pride month on - so much in fact that it will most likely be our post-Pride event next year too
