I had a great week! Everything that I had going on this week went the way I wanted it to. I'm not about to let some 💩 from the past ruin my week.

I enjoyed listening to the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County review all grant applications last night. I am very appreciative of their time and want to thank them for their helpful and thoughtful feedback about my application!

Sometimes, I feel like no one is paying any attention to me and what I'm up to. I feel ignored by people and often have low confidence/trust in other people as a result. I hope that I can get this low confidence/trust issue fixed so that I can start being more confident and trusting others again.

When I have suicidal thoughts about my life, like many people with disabilities have, I am very resilient and I am able to move forward. I know what would happen if I acted on those thoughts. It would break my girlfriend's heart and upset everyone who has gotten to know me. I can't let that happen.

People come and go throughout your life. No one is meant to stay in your life forever and that's okay.

Still have plenty of notecard packs available through my website. I know this is a really difficult time in the world and I'm willing to wait (all year if I have to) for more art and book sales.

After high school ended, hundreds of people that I knew from the past left my life. I was forced to deal with mental health challenges all on my own with limited support from my family and friends, who were all busy with their lives. I hope that what happened doesn't happen again.

It really sucks that my girlfriend can't live with me and do the same activities as me, but I understand and I am flexible. I am aware of her health challenges and do my best to accommodate her.

As a matter of fact, I have even gotten some criticism from other people for things that I've accomplished. It's very unfortunate that things are like this in the world right now.

I was really hoping that I would get something special when I completed the Information Technology certificate program at Montgomery College and graduated college with honors. Unfortunately, no one values my hard work, so I wasn't given anything. I feel under appreciated.

It's been a year since I got my own Wacom One drawing tablet. I got it with a student discount. 3 things I like about it! -My drawing tablet is compatible with my computer. -My tablet, like many tablets, has a touch screen that can be turned off and on. -My drawing tablet is portable

I just got our Pepco bill for February and I am surprised at how much it costs for electricity these days. Even for only two people living together. The power companies should feel ashamed for overcharging people for something that is a necessity for modern life.

The reception for the special art exhibition at the Maryland State House, where my blue and green fluid painting is, will happen at the Maryland State House in Annapolis, MD on Monday, March 30 from 3:00pm-5:00pm! My piece has already been sold, but it will be on display until the end!

My old neighbors were mostly old middle class. I tried to tell them that I would be leaving the neighborhood, but no one wanted to hear the good news. So me and my sister left without saying goodbye. It's very unfortunate that they aren't accustomed to celebrating progress, but I understand.

On Saturday, February 21, I will be interviewed on Moderately Mic'd, which is a show on local public TV where people who have done a lot for the county where I live are interviewed. The interview will also be on YouTube. The interview will take place in a TV studio.

I'm tired of being constantly watched by girls who haven't moved on with their lives and still want me as their boyfriend. Don't people realize that I already have a girlfriend? Don't look at me for your source of comfort. I know I'm attractive, but there's gotta be someone else for you.

I've considered killing myself before and I've had suicidal thoughts frequently as a person with a disability that makes life more complicated for me. I haven't thought about this lately, but I want people who read this to know that has happened in the past.

I understand that many people have college degrees, vehicles, and are also married. That's great & I am happy for you, but please don't share any more photos related to these things! I've seen enough and it hasn't been good for my mental health because I don't have these things.

I am very tired of seeing photos and videos related to politics. As a part time government worker, I am not allowed to interact with or share these posts, even though some of them are very popular right now.

So far in 2026, I've had two interviews--one audio interview and one TV interview. I hope that the people I want listening to and watching my interviews do that. Many people don't. I understand that neither of these are live yet but when they are live I hope that people will listen and watch.

'Araniek' series: Sahel Multiple sensible people, from relatives to strangers, have told me that I need to write about my art: the why, the how, the what. I know they're right, so I'll try. But is it true that if painters could write down what we meant (easier, cheaper) we'd still paint instead?

I am very excited to go to the art studio I normally go to once a week! I am going to start out with a fluid painting, make some cards, and create some digital artwork. It should be a great day off :)

Being autistic has some advantages, like the fact that there are programs and services just for people who have autism and people with autism get opportunities that they wouldn't get if they did not have autism. I enjoy having a disability and all the benefits that come with it.

Unfortunately, my depression has gotten worse as I have gotten older, not better. I don't feel comfortable talking to my girlfriend about my feelings because I'm worried that if I tell her, she'll break up with me and her dad will become my psychiatrist. I've been masking how I feel inside.

My Artist and Scholars Projects grant application for this year's grant cycle is scheduled to be reviewed by a panel of judges from the Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County on Thursday, February 19. I am very excited about this application. Looking forward to the panel review!

I remember when I used to play video games. My two favorite games were Super Smash Bros. Brawl and any of the Call Of Duty games. I also played (and remember beating) Halo: Reach. I stopped playing video games when I started being more serious about my art in mid 2017. I'm glad that I stopped!
