Who’s next? One demotion cannot detract from accountability. Greg Bovino and Trump’s agents must still be held responsible for the killings and the damage they’ve done to America.

JUST IN: Judge dismisses Trump administration suit for Oregon voter rolls. Judge Mustafa Kasubhai (Biden) says DOJ request didn't comply with the law. He inquired today about Bondi letter to MN, but all sides said it didn't really impact the OR litigation at this stage

I've meticulously analyzed the ICE shooting in Minnesota frame by frame and have reached the conclusion that only 2% of the Epstein files have been released and Trump is mentioned over 1500 times.

Martinez took five bullets from a CBP agent, and DHS went into overdrive claiming she was an armed threat to the agents who were merely defending themselves. Sound familiar?

Let's be clear. Democrats would vote now to keep nearly everything open. But Republicans are taking the government hostage to block reforms like: "stop deporting citizens." They're going to shut down the government to protect ICE's ability to deport citizens?

🚨BREAKING: State election leaders and voting rights advocates across the country are blasting U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi for exploiting the killing of a U.S. citizen in Minneapolis by a federal immigration officer to “blackmail” Minnesota into handing over access to its unredacted voter rolls.

JUDGE: “It concerns me that Attorney General Bondi’s letter cites three things that are the subject of pending litigation before this court,” referring to the District of Minnesota. "Is the executive trying to achieve a goal through force that it can't achieve through the Courts?"

The execution of Alex Pretti is playing so badly because you can look at his actions and life story - his last act was helping, boy scout, athlete, health care worker to veterans - and compare those to the men who killed him and know which you would want to be your son, brother, father, uncle.

Carter floats a hypothetical of an anti-gun admin deploying 3,000-4,000 masked federal agents engaging in pervasive, illegal conduct. Under the crime-fighting banner, the gov't says: "If you just legislate, get rid of your carry statute, we'll go away." "It's the same thing."

They think the American people are stupid. It's been 2 days since the killing of Alex Pretti & this Admin continues to lie about what we all saw on video. Americans are horrified & don't want their tax dollars funding this brutality. Not another dime to this lawless operation.

1. ICE and CBP leave Minneapolis and stops terrorizing American cities; 2. We get a full, independent investigation into the killings; 3. No more detaining and deporting U.S. Citizens; 4. The masks come off; 5. The mass arrest quotas and warrantless arrests end.

Alex Pretti was already restrained when federal agents shot and killed him in Minneapolis, a New York Times analysis of video shows. The footage contradicts the Department of Homeland Security’s account of the shooting.

A moment-by-moment analysis of video from the scene shows that Mr. Pretti was already restrained when fatal shots were fired, which appears to contradict the federal government’s account of the event.

Videos verified by The New York Times show the man federal agents shot and killed in Minneapolis on Saturday was holding a phone, not a gun, before the agents took him to the ground and shot him. At least 10 shots appear to have been fired within five seconds.

Please note that NYT is leading with what the videos show, not the lies from the feds. This is what every news organization should be doing. This is how you cover a government that lies as it breathes.

Beyond helping establish DHS itself in 2003, Mr. Mitnick was a senate-confirmed Trump choice for General Counsel for DHS in his first term. I've talked with him a few times, and he's not a man for hyperbole. So bear that in mind when you see him calling out DHS's "lawlessness, fascism, and cruelty."

Pam Bondi just sent a letter to Minnesota officials saying ICE will leave if the state turns over its voter database to Trump. Guess what? This has never been about safety or immigration. It’s a pretext for Trump to take over elections in swing states.
