I just had my psychiatrist appointment today. I told her that I will be stopping medication once and for all, and she told me that as long as I was okay, it was my decision to make. She also said that the last refills I got will be my final one.

Okay, here are my plans for this week: - Tuesday is my psychiatrist appointment at 3 PM, and I'm going to tell them that I will be quitting medication permanently.

Some life updates: - I was going to schedule an Invisalign consultation, but I made the mistake of making an appointment with this adult day program I found on Google and decided I will be going to check that out first (Haha, whoops 😅)

After all these years, I think it's about time I spice up my work space. For starters, I have a computer mouse and mouse pad, both of which are blue, but they're too plain and basic for me. I'm thinking sometime this month or so, I'm going to get a new mouse and pad.

Since things are getting better in my IRL life, I thought I'd share this funny and cute story that happened very recently. So this is Mabel, she's a baby penguin plushie I got from eBay not too long ago. I actually asked my dad to order her for me, but he refused, so I added it to his watchlist.
