Setup, fret polish and a new set of flats for this old girl ready for a rehearsal for an upcoming wedding ensemble performance this evening. My first ever work in music (a very long time ago now!) was as a bassist and I still play regularly for session stuff and band work. Jx

Grabbing a moment to keep my hands on the frets as I do every day. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a constant battle for me, and last week I had cortisone injections in my left wrist which I’ve been waiting for for years…so far so good, relatively pain free playing for the first time in a decade 🙂

Who would be interested in seeing a Songwriter’s Circle style tour in the Autumn? It’d be myself with a variety of great singer/songwriters joining me onstage for songs, stories, harmonies and musical adventures into the unknown! If there is enough interest I will make this happen… Love to all, Jx
