Meal 1: protein shake and protein bar
Meal 2: 6 oz chicken, 1 cup rice, broccoli
Meal 3: Protein Greek yogurt (1 cup) + honey
Meal 4: fish (any kind that is high protein), 1 potato
Meal 5: 2 eggs, 2 slices of toast
Same thing every day. I’ve been at it for 3 weeks now.
