Ant took the high road post game, BUT he definitely alluded to some comments about the team not being serious enough this season. Which I think he owns some, but it felt like a Randle comment.

Admirable effort by this team considering injuries. I hope Ant didn’t jeopardize himself in anyway playing through it. The next iteration of this roster will be better suited for Ant. We learned some things about key players this postseason.

Victor’s postgame presser didn’t allow him to dodge elbow questions any longer. San Antonio reporters did a great job drilling him for a response. He refused to express remorse, regret, or apologize in anyway.

Everything really comes down to Jaden. When he plays, the games are close. When he gets into foul trouble, Wolves lose big. A tighter whistle hurts significantly. Lucky for us, I’m expecting Marc Davis for Friday. He hasn’t had this series yet.

Ant only had 13 shot attempts (3 were 3PA). That’s not going to cut it. He looked hurt tonight.

Spurs are doing this exact thing on Ant with Carter Bryant. I want Joan and I want him to just be physical.

I think Finch needs to go deeper into his front court rotation and keep the physicality all the way up on Wemby. Use the extra bodies to eat fouls, but do not adjust physicality for a protective whistle. Just counter with more bodies and test him. The home crowd will add to the frustration.

I know what this team can do if Ant is right, I’m unsure if he is. They’ve been here (down 3-2) and they won the series. Hope the extra rest allows him to get right, and we welcome Wemby back into the house he hurt Naz in with a friendly Minnesota crowd.

For all the talk from Spurs fans about the Wolves being dirty, I’d like to point out that they did nothing in response to their player elbowing a Wolves player in the neck. Nothing immediately in the moment. Nothing tonight. Which team is dirty? The narrative on this is insane.
