Taking one of my kittens to the vet today, her cold seems to be getting worse. Other kitten goes Monday. Just another day of being a good cat parent.

Gots to go to therapy this week. The group needs me!!

I have been doing a good job of reducing carbs, and eating better carbs. It doesn't change the fact that I could eat tater tots every day for a month.

Day 3 with the new kittens. Yelena had a little respiratory infection that is cleared up, but I'm taking both kids to the vet next week. Mostly we want to know exactly how bad their vision is, and if there's anything we can do to help improve their eyes at all.

Quit drinking two weeks ago, started eating a lot better this week, now if only I could get a good night's sleep I'd be all kinds of set!

I want to make an awesome lunch, but it would take 5-8 minutes. I just don't have that kind of energy.

The depression is especially bad this week. No sun, too cold, not sleeping and very little motivation.

I'm still not sleeping right, but what else is there to do besides power through it?

My therapist has advised me that I shouldn't follow the news too closely. It's not that I don't care, it's that I care too much and it can throw me into a tailspin. Plus, not for nothing, I think some people can get addicted to negative emotions.
