Just calculated dinner tonight, 600 calories. Ill have 180 for a lemonaid after work ends at 8:30 or 9. Lunch was 260 cal and a snack was 100. That's aroubd my usual, 1200-1500 cal a day. Even if I have a psycho food frenzy one of the weekend days, I should not be gaining weight!

Deleted my last post. It was not healthy. In short, I am the heaviest I have ever been, and I am devastated because of it. Yes I have cut back what I eat, I have only 1 soda a day, etc... I just work so much, I have no willpower to cut out my remaining free time to exercise. I give up.
