Looking forward to a Trustees meeting today with the fantastic Bex and Matt for the Arctic One Charity. The charity raises money for para athletes at all levels and makes such a difference to many fantastic people!

Interviewing all day today at the school where I’m chairman of the Board of trustees!

It's 25 years ago to the day that a young lad smashed into my car whilst I was stationary in Hemel Hempstead! Even after two hip replacements due to the accident I am still smiling and realise that things could have been much worse! #positivemind
