The concept of anxiety costs. When you delay something important, it doesn’t just take time—it drains your energy and peace of mind. The longer you push it off, the more it occupies your thoughts, stealing focus and creating unnecessary stress.

Learn something by yourself. What is important? The most important thing is to accept that it will be chaotic and out of order. It will come together in the end, and you will learn a lot about yourself, managing, and how to really learn. You just have to push through the chaos.
