Ran along Irvine beach during the week to have a look at the minke whale that had washed up. Quite a creature and sad to see it in this state. Hoping it died simply of natural causes. #whaleofatime

First ever track session at the Ayrshire Athletics Arena. Ran intervals under the floodlights in the rain. Not another living soul around. Lovely memorial bench to Morag Ferguson. A plaque states she was a lifelong supporter of the Kilmarnock Harriers athletics club. #rainydayrundone
