Honestly GW banning AI in their process makes a lot of sense when you remember how much inspiration 40k takes from Dune. Even beyond the "abominable intelligence" stuff in 40k, like, the Butlerian Jihad was basically done over the shit people are doing with AI currently.

New Necromunda campaign is starting up at my lgs, and I remembered I had some old kitbashes, from when I watched Fury Road too many times, and decided to clean them up a bit and paint them to run as Goliaths. Still have the Leader and a Stimmer left to paint after this.

Finally got around to making some minis for a game I've been very interested in checking out, Zona Alfa. Kitbashed some Stalkers from the Stargrave Scavengers kit and some bits from Anvil Industries and Mad Robot Minis.

My favorite disney animated movie is probably Treasure Planet, and while it kinda sucks that it flopped super hard one silver lining of that is they're probably not going to try and ruin it with a live action adaptation like they're doing with the others.

Looking at the new detachment for LoV and it seems fun with some interesting tricks, but a decent amount of its buffs seem bizarrely situational? It almost seems like after the backlash to the faction in 9th ed GW is kind of walking on eggshells with rule updates for them.

Is it just me or does the new LoTR character model GW showed off kinda look like a fantasy version of the Boss from MGS3? Maybe it's just the white horse and the outfit but I feel like you could just paint the hair blonde and it would be a dead ringer.
