Addiesdive have made their Submariner style case a platform for a plethora of builds with unique dials. Most are available in automatic and quartz versions. This 2513 model has a Miyota 2115 quartz movement, BGW9 lume, Hardlex crystal, stainless screw down everything. Solid link bracelet. $52 usd!

One of my AliExpress 11/11 sale watches arrived today. It's a Sugess Chronograph with a Seagull st1907 hand wind movement with a power reserve function. Essential on a hand wind. Stainless everything and screw down pushers, but not the crown.

The Xeric Retroscope finally showed up. I pre-ordered back in May. Only complaint is there's no lume. Super fancy packaging and travel case, but no fucking lume. I must've been drunk when I ordered it. Other than that, its awesome. 39mm but wears larger. Sapphire crystal and stainless case.

Super cheap Olevs fake GMT here. Fairly decent aluminum GMT bezel on a watch without GMT movement. It's actually not too bad of a copy for $20. The folded link stainless jubilee bracelet is quite comfortable.

I saw this Wishdoit wsh 9007 GMT on one of Isi 's watch roundups. He previewed the orange trimmed one, so I naturally got the blue one. 🩵💙 Its a nice diver with great features. NH34, sapphire, screw down crown and rear cover. I especially like the brushed finish.

I finally got home after a two week work trip and got to see the WM 009 watch I won on Iskander Vigoa Pérez 's YouTube channel giveaway. It's quite stunning in person. I was expecting it to look bigger on my wrist, but it's perfect imo. The Miyota 9132's second hand sweep is extremely smooth.

I took a chance on a cheap Naviforce psuedo-chrono watch to satisfy a blue watch craving. This one does not disappoint. 5 different blues here. The cobalt blue edge on the bezel and the pusher are the vest. 60 min. timer, 10th sec dial, comfortable band. Date at 4:30.

I needed a bit of colour on a dark drizzly day. This Pagani Design 1661 is the choice. I removed the cyclops magnifier to show of the luminescent dial better.

The Addiesdive 2094 automatic is an excellent homage to the Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra. The fumé textured dial is stunning.

Wearing the Boderry 38mm Voyager titanium quartz. The longer lug to lug distance makes it sit nicely on my flat top wrist. Sapphire crystal, screw down crown and case back.

I managed to land one of Boderry's new quartz Chronographs before the blue model sold out. The combination of a solid titanium build and a quartz movement make for an ultralight watch. Sapphire crystal and screw down crown and pushers made it a deal at $112 usd.

20 times less costly than a Seiko but not 20 times less quality. Steedive 1970 Capt. Willard. The lume on this thing is insane. After being outside for 1 minute, the lume was glowing in a well lit room.

I came across a Honmin watch that is an homage/copy of the Casio MTP M305D. The good news is the day date dials are functional and not just decorative. It's a pretty good substitute if you only want to pay $14 vs $116 cdn for an homage to a Casio that is an 'in your face' take on an Apple watch.

Here's a little Sanda ana-digi quartz watch. It's a little smaller than it's SKMEI counterpart. I saw that blue and had to have it! $14 cdn.

Faiko Friday. This one started out as a fake Padi diver. The day/date didn't line up with the dial window,the lume pip isn't recessed, etc. Oddly the case and bracelet are very nice. Put in a NH36 and a dial and hands I had laying around. I'm going to re-do it with a teal blue dial and bezel ring

Casio MTP M305D. I passed on the new A130 and set my sights on this moon phase model. A bargain at $118 cdn. No tariff from Hong Kong to Vancouver. 😊

I finally got my first Swiss watch! It's a 1993 Swatch 'Pleasure Dome' quartz chronograph. $15 at the Value Village. Polished it up and a new battery brought it back to life. No Rolex, but it's SWISS! 😄

Today's watch is the SKMEI 1220. Tissot, Citizen, Casio, all did it first, but skeemy did it for under $15 cdn. Metal case, razor sharp digital readout, awesome luminescent backlight, and Pearl Gray dial. 20mm lugs so strap upgrade is easy. A different font on logo would make it 10/10.

So a large contingent of Albertans want to separate from Canada. I'm ok with that. Could you start now? I'm sick of cars with one license plate passing on double solid lines, blind corners, at 100mph in a mad panic to escape the stubble fields to beautiful BC.

I ordered a few of these SKMEI 2056 colorful watches for $6 cdn each. They're a Casio F91W copy but I think they're just as good or better. It's got a great module that has very little shadows and readable from all angles. The 'electro luminescent' backlight is very nice.

This watch really does look like this in the right light. Boderry Admiral Titanium glacier Blue. NH38 movement, sapphire, etc.
