As we move past Labor Day and return to our professional routines, it’s a meaningful time to reflect on how we treat one another in the workplace. 💓 To create a more fair environment, we need to ensure that tasks are assigned based on skills, expertise, & professional development goals, not gender.

Thanks to your generosity, we were able to distribute over 200 backpacks filled with school supplies to the children of farmworkers. This year’s drive was one of the largest donation fundraisers ever! Together, we not only provided tools for education but also showed solidarity. Thank you!
