Thinking about opening sketch commissions next week.

Starting a new figure project, this time I want to try my hands on this resin kit I bought from Japan years back. It's a boss character from the Mega Man Zero games. I never got around making it because it didn't came with an assembly guide. I now have some experience so let's see if I can do it.

I wanted to share my process on making the Audie figure. A few months back I had a problem of visible paint rub/chipping when I painted a flat base colors for articulated figures. I tried out urethane resin and their pigment set from Smooth On and it worked very well.

I plan to release print files for anyone who wants to build her. I'm working on a quick guide on what joints to buy and how to assemble her.

Audie is finally complete! This is my very first attempt at making a figure from scratch. It took a long time and I made mistakes, but I made it through. Let me know what you guys think!

Almost done, All is left is to paint her eyes and nose. Hopefully I'll get it done today.

I will be using Nightshade with my art for future post. I hope that's okay with you all.

I'm still working on the figure, I was getting close to finishing it but I decided to completely redo the body because the joint movement sucked for my first attempt. This is my second attempt and it's a lot better now.

bro, I cannot promise you it gets much easier sharing your writing/art, but don't let the intrusive thoughts of "this is terrible, what am I doing?" stop you. we're our own worst critics. I know it's easier said than done. I get it. but you're making this a better place by sharing your creativity.

I'm so glad there's a new Mega Man game in the works, and that new Resident Evil game looks so cool.

I said in my previous tweet that I would finish my sculpture and show it off in August. Well, It's still not done, I'm just busy with my 9-5 job, but It'll be done sometime this September.

You know, it feels like Pokemon X & Y came out just yesterday.

I'm a sculptor and I love using Zbrush, but it's always too expensive for me. Almost $50 to be exact. Instead I have spent a month learning Blender for sculpting and it's fun. I'm cooking up for something and should be done this August.
