I was going to do an Amazon order for some bits for my latest video but I thought 'Let me just look in that box of junk in the studio and see what's in there'. Turns out I saved myself £70. I already have solder, flux, wick, IPA AND a brand new unused soldering iron.

The next bug I've found in Tahoe is QuickTime will open some videos upside down until you quit it and reopen it.

I just got off the phone with the great great grand boss to ask him a question: Would he give me permission to carry on working at my current job, remotely, from Spain. And he said Yes. So - that's started the ball rolling.

I spent about an hour faffing around with my new VGA capture setup earlier as I wasn't getting a signal through. I spent hours getting the setup right previously. It really gets on my nerves that sometimes you can't just sit down and record something for your video, you have to go through PAIN!

I'm really enjoying making my latest video. The last couple have been a bit niche and haven't done terribly well but I haven't let it get to me! Onwards and upwards! Hoping to get this one finished before we go away next Friday and yes I know we've just got back..

Been home about an hour and Peppy has already drawn blood. He’s a bit grumpy, but then I would be after being left for three weeks.

Well, we’re just pulling into port in the UK. It’s official. The holiday is over.

Ugh. Ferry home tomorrow. The first two weeks of the holiday went by nice and slow but this last week has flown by. I’ll be glad to not driving far for a while.

Well, we made it back to mainland Spain treating ourselves to a hotel for the night. We have such luxuries as our own shower and toilet that we get to use ALL to ourselves!! Oh and a bed that we didn’t have to make.

So far it’s taken us an hour and a half and we’re not even at the Moroccan customs yet!! Leaving Morocco to go into Spain via Ceuta. Ferry back to the mainland tomorrow.

Today is Saturday which means we’re two thirds through our holiday. We’re driving up north in Morocconto where we stayed the other day before driving over to border with Ceuta and getting the ferry back from there. Can’t say we’re looking forward to that border crossing though.

I am absolutely gutted. An IBM z50 Workpad showed up on eBay so I sent the seller a message to see if they could delay shipping until I got home, however in the meantime someone bought it already. I’ve wanted one for years!! Le sigh.

Today has started off poorly. I've had to cancel my iPhone 17 Pro Max order as it hasn't shipped yet and on Saturday we go away in our camper van for 24 days. It was supposed to arrive between the 24th and 27th... And I've just had to open a case on eBay for a G3 upgrade CPU I wanted for my 7300
