My wife and girls have been rewatching Parks and Recreation. I pop in and out. After this week, the show has been a balm on my soul.

Something I noticed about Alien: Earth... On Boy Kavalier's tropical island, there always ambient jungle noise - birds screeching, insects chirping - and it has become just as unsettling as the Xenomorph's clicks, clacks, and shrieks.

I haven't watched The Tonight Show since AD Miles left in 2017. Yeah, yeah. I know he came back in 2023, but the bloom was off the rose by then. I might actually watch a live broadcast, though. Only because it's so rare in network television.
