早上起来的时候看到窗外感觉今天又是天气特别好的一天。虽然晒得要死远远赶不上那天的舒适怡人，但是就是会给人一种天气好好的美丽心情。

人生太容易有美好盼头，也太容易原地不止，然后你永远没办法违背自己的内心，故意丢掉的东西假装自己不喜欢的东西还是会跟着你。 要怎么样才能做到对自己诚实并且行动起来呢，我觉得我还是运动少了肾上腺素不够多巴胺也不够所以才会动不起来也难以控制自己。 人活着的每分每秒都应该做自己想做的事才对，浪费时间太反常理可是却一直在做，我不喜欢这样。
