Can a pixel/retro artist share me the name of a tool to quantize texture by selecting the color palette myself? I only find automatic solution without color picking. I was not able to remember the one we used on the PS2

A long time ago, I recorded videos for a tutorial to create a stylized brick wall in Designer. It was supposed to be part of a series for an environment, but I never manage to complete it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Anyway, I am planning on releasing just that one. Would people be interested ?
