Celebrating #InternationalWomensDay in style! We were delighted to have the company of the @TeamGB 2002 Women's Curling Team yesterday at Kinross Curling Club as they shared memories of their Olympic Gold from Salt Lake City with junior members of the curling club.

Celebrating their third birthday with a sing-a-long! A big congratulations to our Hove Church Sporting Memories Club, run by Sussex Cricket Foundation, who were joined by the 65 Rock Choir to sing all our Clubs members and volunteers a happy birthday!

You don’t need to run about a pitch to keep warm this winter. Try some football exercises at home. Use a chair for balance if you want. Knee bends, foot rotations, even toe wiggling will boost circulation and keep those joints moving.

Did you keep warm on the terraces with a cup of soup or Bovril and hot pie or sausage roll? Worked a treat! 🍲🥧 Top tip to keep warm during this cold spell is to make sure you eat at least one hot meal a day and plenty of hot drinks – maybe even crack out the Bovril!
