If you're after something to watch and haven't seen it already, Riot Women in BBC1 is fantastic, great cast, great story, another Sally Wainright belter! Superb.

Just received a text to say my blood doning appointment has been cancelled, was due before Christmas. So I've booked another one for NYE. Busy time for hospitals so, happy to re-arrange.

Crikey, it was emotional enough last week to follow Paddy's challenge for Children in Need. To see his programme was phenomenal! What a guy!

Start of a week off, so met a mate in Felixstowe for a walk and a catch up. Next stop....the gym.
