Since Jura is a being of Pure chakra, his body works differently from humans. I noticed something : -He doesnt dodge Uzuhiko and Rasengan (which are hard hitting moves) -But the sword slash from Boruto is the only thing he block. So I think his body might have properties similar to that of Oobleck

I was thinking abt it and this backdrop could be symbolizing - Boruto being the Star of Hope (Likely) -Possible jougan awakening soon cause it dort of looks like a cosmic eye (Unlikely)
