Had a little mini-film walk yesterday where I once again brought the digi-Hasselblad. ON1 has a sale so I used that to try and get some black and white I liked.

Not a whole lot of new information in Kodak's 10K on selling direct to consumers: "In the fourth quarter of 2025, Kodak launched its own direct distribution brand of still films which aim to provide distributors, retailers and consumers with more stable pricing and a broader, more reliable supply."

Size comparison between the Hansa 69 ii and the Ebony SW23. The Ebony takes a regular Linhof board. The Hansa has a board that can barely squeeze a Copal 0 on it. (Oh, and the Ebony sits up because it won't sit flat without the tripod plate on it.)

Moment of truth. I won this lens three or so years ago when no one else bid. Spent all of this time trying to find a travel-friendly camera to use it with. Low bid the Ebony, but won it with an Apo-Symmar, an extension back and two Horseman backs so I can close this chapter and actually use it.

I will be taking no further questions.

I may have done something bad and totally unnecessary.

Was at the film walk yesterday testing the Hasselblad H3Dii (which was supposed to be an H3D, but it was too cheap too return) and was sort of happy-ish with the output? This is the 39 back with the Kodak CCD sensor.
