I’ve been without YouTube TV for a month now and have been using an antenna to watch local stations. It’s fairly entertaining to get used to certain things airing at the same time of day on the main broadcast and sub-channels, and to just randomly discover what’s on at a certain time.

I’ve warmed to Gio a lot since last year, but they’re really overdoing it with the “you really are a Quartermaine” stuff. #GH

What happened in Minneapolis today happens everyday in the US. Too many in law enforcement believe they are judge, jury, and executioner. Cops can kill you bc you disrespected them and "didnt follow orders". Even if ICE didnt have the backing of Trump, they'd have the backing of the justice system.

I’ve gotten back into the gym, walked over 36 miles for the month, found time to read a book I enjoyed, taken walks outdoors and enjoyed nature… and I’m still struggling. There’s always someone who has it worse, but if any of you have any encouraging words, I could sure use some. 🫶💙

My man Neil Young wrote a song in first-person narrative as Charles Manson at the height of his terror spree. Incredibly dark but fun song to listen to when you’re blowing off steam.

I say all this to say, my heart is with Minnesota right now. The videos Im seeing look like a war zone, bc it is. So stop telling them folks they need to sit on their hands and not react to this bullshit.
