Negative customer feedback is good. Negative feedback is negative, sure, but the fact that they cared enough to tell you is a great sign. If they didn't care, if they didn't find other things valuable and desirable, they would just cancel.

Content rots. You change your UI, features, labels, pricing --> your content is no longer up to date. And it gets worse over time. It takes me a lot of ongoing effort to fix this. One thing that helps is having all my content (esp blog posts) stored as markdown in the main repo.

AI generated text often includes unusual words at a much higher frequency. I just searched my marketing content for the word "elevate" and was horrified by how often it occurred. It's another clue that the content agency I paid was generating texts wholesale using AI.

Last year I spent 657 USD on stock photos for my content π€¬ I thought AI would solve this problem, but I'm still waiting. The quality is just not there. I often spend up to 15 mins iterating on an image and then give up. Also, AI images are everywhere and they feel "cheap". *sigh*

I tried out
seobotai.com
for a month. Technically a super impressive product. Very slick. Intriguing UI which works well. Unfortunately the content was not good enough. Once again I found myself rewriting AI content and thinking: this is not saving me any time at all.

Do you prefer Backend or frontend? I became a full stack dev (at the age of 41) so I have an opinion: I prefer backend. Why? Your work is much easier to test and you can add a totally new feature with less than 50 lines of code.
