ESFERA 100%!!! 58,546 ATTEMPTS, 150+ HOURS OF PLAYTIME, IT'S OVER!! NEW HARDEST YESSS!!!

i now have more attempts on Esfera than Calculator Core (over 56k, which is quite a few for a nearly 5 minute level) so this definately means Esfera is harder and hell if this ends up being another 100k+ attempt grind i'm down for it, though that's unlikely since attempts are lasting way longer now

i'm just gonna make a thread for the rest of the attempts i get past 66% on Esfera starting here:

ESFERA 81%!!!! WOWZA!!!!! i'm surprised i first-tried the wave chokepoint at the start of Mulpan's part, but it seems i died to the straightfly right after which tbf is also kinda hard because of the transition into it

Esfera 8-67 because yeah sure why not yeah

so uhhh Esfera 20-100!?!? that's literally all the difficulty in one run since 0-20% is literally just medium demon gameplay LOL, i didn't intend to ever get this run but it happened so i'll certainly take it!!! oh yeah and then i got 25% the attempt after so i just beat it backwards too oops! 😺

ESFERA 79%!!!!!! first attempt at the 2nd drop, made it wayy further in than i thought i died to a silent ahh wave click (all of temp's part is impossible really) so i wont blame myself for choking this time cheers to uhh hopefully not too many deaths at the 2nd drop before i beat it lol!!!

If i had a nickel for every time i got a new furthest on Esfera today by dying to a free black orb click by practically just straight up missing it entirely i'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it happened twice

ESFERA 34-100 finally!!!! this run was such a grind to get but im glad progress is continuing now! 30-100 or 26-100 next would be awesome sauce i would also really like a new furthest soon, but every time i get to the 2nd half i just instantly die to 50-52% lol so we continue onwards...

100 hours of active playtime on Esfera, wow i'm estimating this will take about 300 hours (aka one Top 10000 Cheese editor time), so i'm 1/3rd of the way there yey! also this coincidentally landed on the same day as me finishing the first row of my progress tracker 49-100x13, 5 attempts past 49%

after playing for 6 hours and dying to the break part 3 times today i have now gotten a new furthest of 55% on Esfera! wait... 55?

i feel like i couuld play Esfera for 24 straight hours if i wanted to, but based on what happened when i played Sand Sailor for 10 hours 2 days in a row i think doing so would literally send me into a state of psychosis, so i'd better not...

just finished first year of college so im on summer break now, more time for Esfera! quota is to get in 4 hours of playtime a day on it, only thing stopping me from playing for 6+ hours is the headaches i've been getting when i play too long, but i'll still try to make the most of the time i have

ESFERA 51%!!! I have the level in 2 runs now!! the first part of the 2nd half is very hard so makes sense i died to it, im gonna focus on getting more runs now like a lot more 49-100s and maybe even a 26-100 at some point before going from 0 again, we epic balling now :D

another new furthest today, just 1% away from the break part damn, kinda sucks the way i died here since i have to click the blorb really late to be alligned correctly for the straight fly but then i clicked too late and just missed the blorb entirely very close to 2 runs now so we keep going

Esfera 37% les gooo new furthest, the waves in this part are very hard for me so it makes sense that i died here, just 2 more parts away from my first 49%+ attempt which is what i've been grinding a while for

Esfera 49-100 LES GOOO! very huge run, gonna for sure have to get a lot of these to have enough consistency to do it from 0 but if i can do 1 i can do it again however many times it takes currently 24k attempts and 34 hours playtime deep, long ways to go from here but this is a good first milestone

500 insanes achievement gotten, beaten on globed deathlinked wit the homies 15 achievements remain: moons 3,000 through 10,000, 200 lists, and "get a rated level" ( #ratetop10000cheese btw )

Esfera 28%, i now have this level in 4 runs, kinda silly the way i died here but it was just a nerves death because i was so shocked about fluking the really hard part before this now that i've learned it all, im going to start grinding for my first 49-100 run so we'll see how long it takes

also i am going to start the process of learning Esfera today, i'll see how it goes, this level will take me a very long time but im committed to it, it's time to beat a new hardest after over a whole year of Calculator Core being my hardest...

the only 2 list levels i have any interest in beating, Esfera and Sinister Silence, are the 2 level Cobrablitz wrote an entire novel about how they are the worst level ever made, it's truly poetic to read honestly, but also gets me afraid for what im getting myself into 💀

Ethereal Artifice 100% 8,613 attempts! all around jolly and festive level, was kinda frustrating near the end but for most of my time playing it i had a lot of fun, balancing was also surprisingly really good especially for a megacollab, would recommend! 8.5/10 enjoyment

ive been using the "blitzkreig" mod for a bit now, i actually kinda like it since it gives me a checklist of runs i can go off of and it fuels my overpracticing obsession, but it's def not for everyone's playstyle and doesn't work well for unbalanced levels
