Out for a stroll this evening, I saw someone I know with what seemed to be a new e-scooter. Talked to them and they got one to replace their Halifax car commute downtown and back!!!! Said they got tired of spending 30 mins in the car while watching people on bikes and scooters cruising by. 1/2
