Struggling to relax this evening. I haven't really relaxed at all today. Very much on edge.

Just remembered I hadn't done laundry today. I do laundry Tuesdays and Saturdays. I feel a bit burnt out for the noise of but just put it on. Just a 38 minutes cycle so worth getting done.

I feel very anxious this week. I was anxious about the dentist too. My dentist is close by so only takes about an hour to see the hygienist and have my dental checkup with some waiting too. I told the hygienist I haven't been upto to using interdental brushes lately.

I've been out for my walk this morning. I saw 3 Dogs 🐕. One was a lovely black Labrador. I'm a bit anxious this afternoon as I have a NHS dentist checkup and hygienist appointment this afternoon. Though reminding myself this is for all my interest in the long term.

Took some promethazine this afternoon as got a little worked up. Just air frying my dinner now and cuddling Snoopy under a duvet. Mainly been ripping my blu ray and dvd collection today.

I've been out for a walk this morning. I saw 5 Dogs 🐕 which is all good. Saw a Yorkshire Terrier and 2 Snowy Dogs. The dentist phoned up confirming my appointment tomorrow.

Watching Crufts tonight. Nice to see so many Dogs.

I don't think I'll have dinner. I still feel full from lunch. Just a small snack later I guess.

Just ripping the three Paddington movies from Blu-ray to my external hard drive. Thought like my TV shows it would be good to have some movies in Plex to stream to my TV instantly. I have alot of affection for Paddington 🥰.

I tend to avoid meeting people partly because of my autism as I prefer being alone and avoiding the attitudes/judgements of people. First time today I actually thought of not going to church anymore. I'll try not to let that person bother me.

I was feeling a bit down so treated myself to a McDonald's for lunch. Not had any McDonald's since 2024 so was a big treat. Unfortunately though I have broke my diet. Oh well I enjoyed it.

I usually walk through Southend high street in the morning to Church on Sundays. Not seen anyone sleeping rough for quite while so thought things may have improved. Saw a young lady sleeping with a blanket at the entrance of TG Jones. Terrible.

The church service was great and I enjoyed the hymns today. We had a sermon about when Jesus meets the Samaritan women at the well, his thirstiness and that on the cross. That we thirst for spiritual fulfilment.

Bit early for Church again so out here. It's not that cold out but there is some drizzle and mist at sea.

I've been feeling really out of it today. Just in bed in the dark hugging Snoopy.

My supermarket shopping 🛒 was delivered earlier than my slot. I've been for a walk and saw 2 lovely Dogs 🐕. They seemed very happy out. I will do my laundry soon.

I have survived another week. This week wasn't too bad. I have a busy week next week so will have to pace myself. I will for now enjoy my Friday burger 🍔 and chips 🍟 with Snoopy.

I got my medications eventually today. Bit of a mix up with the medications at the pharmacist. Didn't have all I was supposed to have so they to get it for me.

I've been out for a walk this morning. I saw no Dogs 🐕☹️. It is a pleasant spring day outside. Today I must update my supermarket shopping order for tomorrow and collect my medication from the pharmacy.

Just cleaned a few minor spots of mold in my bathroom and kitchen. Involved me putting dry cloths on my flash speed mop and coating with mold remover sprayer. I wear vinyl gloves and an old t-shirt stained with mold remover. It's the first time I have done it since December.

Fantastic sunshine this morning. Very pleasant out. I've had my haircut this morning so that's a job done. I had it short again. I saw 2 Dogs 🐕 on way back.

Neighbour next door to my room has been playing loud music since 1pm. It's getting on my nerves. Hopefully not for long now.

I was just looking at my electricity bill in January 2023. It was 68.78p kWh with a discount of 31.84p kWh from the energy price guarantee making a actual cost of 36.94p kWh. I had just been homeless for 6 months so they were tough times moving into this home and setting up.

Well the meeting with the nurse went well. She still wants to see me every month so keeping that up for now. I seem ok at the moment so not much to report. I haven't had any major problems reducing the promethazine and stopping the amitriptyline.

Due to see the Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) at 12pm. I'm a bit early so sitting in the park again near the mental health clinic.

Well that was nice listening to Frank Sinatra, then having a meal followed by evening prayers. Snoopy also brings me so much comfort. I see my nurse tomorrow though I think she is about to discharge me.

BBC News is nothing but the war. I've now got Frank Sinatra on my echo dot which is soothing with Snoopy close by.

I've cleaned my bathroom today so that's something done. Seem to be less groggy this morning.

Got up at 8:40am. An improvement to gone 9:30am. I think maybe the reduced promethazine is making a difference. I go to bed at 10pm so still sleep long. I have been for a walk this morning. I saw 5 Dogs 🐕. It's sunny here this morning and mild.

I seem to be sneezing alot since I reduced the nightly promethazine on Wednesday. It's a antihistamine so not sure if allergies are being triggered by it. Though I take it for sleep and sometimes PRN.

I saw counsellor online which was good. Commented how I sort of do CBT these days on myself with Jesus. I often think what Jesus would think before I do things.

Me and Snoopy are watching another sitcom tonight: Fawlty Towers.

Diet seems to be going well. I have lost 1.9kg (4.1 pounds) in 2 weeks. I'll will continue until Easter and have an Easter egg as a reward.

Energy costs may surge like they did after the Russia-Ukraine war started in 2022. Alot of oil and gas is exported along the Strait of Hormuz near Iran. My energy is fixed anyway. Might be a good time to fix online if you haven't already as I'm sure it will change this week.
