Nice way to kick off the season for Justyna Czapla at Tour Down Under. 14th and the winning the white jersey, on a pretty punchy climb that doesn't suit her perfectly. Hopefully this will lead to her getting some more chances to ride for herself in the smaller stage races later in the year.

With Zeno Levi Winter's move to Team Tirol KTM being announced, most of the male German 2nd year Juniors who showed promise on an international stage have a future team announced. Still waiting on Attila Höfig and Jonathan Schipkowski who should both get a ride at Conti level for 2026.

Nice to see Müller make the step to being a pro. If he can keep developing like he has I have no doubt he will be a decent rider at this level. Similar profile to other new signing Matyas Kopecky, but I could see Müller get a result or two in some of the French Cup races for example.

Confirming the rumours, German Junior Moritz Mauss is making the step-up into the U23 program of UAE. He made a big leap in performance this year and has an interesting profile being pretty fast but surviving hilly terrain very well. A good racer too, so will be interesting to see him develop.

Nice to see Jannis Peter make the deserved step-up and becoming a Pro after with Unibet after years of consistent development in the Conti ranks. Another reminder how important the established Conti teams can be to give riders a platform who would be long ousted from the big Devo programs.
