Grading and depression do NOT mix. I have been up and down since I learned I was getting laid off and the last weeks of March were hard... Now I've been in fast overload procrastination mode for two weeks and it's put me so far behind... And the semester ends on May 4. *Screaming*

Welp... I knew this was a possibility, but it was still a tough blow to get so late into the hiring cycle for colleges in general. I was informed yesterday that the university is downsizing and my position was one that was eliminated. May 15 is my last day. I'll try to be strong, but feel deflated.

Job applications... Another year of job applications and not even half as many positions available this year. Trying to stay positive. I feel like I spend an hour a day just refreshing job boards.
