I’ve only quit one job during my career because of a very incompetent & sexist boss I had a few years ago. This person recently reached out to my friend for a job. Guess who’s not getting a job. Treat others well. The infosec industry has a smaller community than you think it does.

I’ve spoken with a few people asking how to transition into GRC. Here are some tips: -Start with the fundamentals including networking, system administration, database security, & application security -Learn standards/frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) -Learn risk management (NIST 800-30, FAIR, etc)

Using DOB as a security question for MFA is a no-no. Please don’t do that 🙅🏻‍♀️
