Playing "Ma Vie En Rogue" to ease back into the week... This is quite literally Rogue, but in First Person :) Slightly quirky, but relaxing so far. I've got a golfdish on a skateboard and I'm ready to kick butt. You can play it in *almost* classic top-down, or first person. A mix of both is good

One game I'm really looking forward to is "Nivalis", the sequel to Cloudpunk. Cloudpunk was a really surprising hit with me, I loved its aesthetic. I still go back and read the one negative review on its steam page to have a chuckle at how that person so badly misunderstood the game.

Why is GiMP so slow to load on Windows, but so fast on Linux. It's faster to load the whole of GiMP and all its power on an old linux laptop than just loading MS Paint on a brand new Windows laptop?!?! I tried opening GiMP in Win11, and completed a 3 year art course before it finished loading :-/
