Employee benefits are key to #workforce stability. National #ECE Workforce Center researcher Sara Amadon & colleagues found 33% of centers had high turnover. Child care centers offering health insurance and retirement had lower turnover (29%) than those without (40%). Read more: buff.ly/CZuvseY
