One of my favourite things about Spring these days is finding and learning all the little wildflowers that are popping up in my 'strategically' neglected lawn. I think this one is Lesser Trefoil. Huge patches of it across my small, south facing front lawn.

About 36 hours since pitching the yeast and we have lots of little bubbles. Fermentation number one is underway.
